Our washed Mexico Chiapas is grown certified-organically by various small farmers of the Cooperativa Tzeltal-Tzotzil in the mountains of Northern Chiapas. Since 1986 this cooperative of 250 small producers have been dedicated to the production of certificed Organic and Fair Trade coffee and honey. 12 oz bag.
