EAST TIMOR Liqisala Letefoho

This coffee is grown under extensive shade on the steep mountainsides of the Liqisala, Letefoho region of East Timor. Most coffee from Timor is usually washed processed because of the naturally wet weather conditions, but this coffee has undergone and extended drying period that lends to the added sweetness in the cup. We love it for a cold brew or pour over, even as an espresso it really holds its own. 12 oz bag.
