EL CAPITAN ESPRESSO

El Capitan is our mainstay espresso blend. Its namesake "El Capitan" was the first drive in burger joint in Taos, owned by Pablo's great grandparents' Pablo and Delia. We've carried on their entrepreneurial spirit to bring you a coffee that will help you take charge of your day. 

It has a smooth mouthfeel and gentle acidity, and pairs well with milk.
