This coffee is grown in the highlands of Villa Corzo, a region in Chiapas and specifically around the town of El Triunfo. Historically smallholder farmers of El Triunfo have grown a wide array of coffee varieties here for generations. El Triunfo is clean and balanced with the perfect amount of red fruit notes, nuttiness and sweetness.
Process: Washed, 24-36hr tank fermentation, sun-dried on raised beds
