Guatemala Blue Ayarza
Guatemala Blue Ayarza
Grown by smallholder farmers in Guatemala’s Santa Rosa region, this natural-processed coffee captures the unique character of Ayarza, a land shaped by volcanic craters and the legendary Laguna de Ayarza. At altitudes of 1,400–2,000 meters, the best cherries are hand-delivered to the mill, where they undergo a meticulous drying process, starting with 10 days on patios in Amatitlán.
The result? A distinctive, flavorful cup best enjoyed black, highlighting its natural complexity.
With its rich stories and stunning landscape, Ayarza produces coffee as unforgettable as its legends.
