El Capitan is our mainstay espresso blend. Its namesake "El Capitan" was the first drive in burger joint in Taos, owned by Pablo's great grandparents' Pablo and Delia. We've carried on their entrepreneurial spirit to bring you a coffee that will help you take charge of your day.
With a smooth mouthfeel and gentle acidity, it pairs perfectly with milk. This blend combines naturally processed beans from Brazil’s Mogiana region and Ethiopia’s Kayon Mountain Farm.
