Decaf Peru

Founded in 2015 by university students, the Norcafe Cooperative supports nearly 500 farming families in the Amazonas highlands of northern Peru, focusing on continuous improvement in quality and production. Nearly half of its members are women, with many producing award-winning coffees on 1,200 hectares above 1,400 meters. This washed-process coffee pairs well with milk and sugar.
