This natural process Decaf Brazil is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which utilizes pure green coffee extract and carbon in order to extract caffeine from green coffee while retaining the integrity of the flavor. The coffee comes from small time farmers in the Mogiana region. This is our go-to when we're feeling like an afternoon treat!
